It amazes me how fast this year and our summer have just flown past us! Whitetail season is already around the corner, with opening day on September 30th. The Lazy CK has some phenomenal bucks in store for everyone. Our herd is looking better than it ever has, thanks to the tenacity of our staff and the profound dedication they show towards the care of our animals here. Here's a quick clip featuring the ranch for the upcoming season!

A lot has been going on at the ranch in the past few weeks! We are proud to announce that the Lazy CK has grown from 7,000 acres to a sprawling 11,000-acre ranch. Along with this addition in acreage comes a multitude of new species including, Red Stag, Bison, Zebra and more.

Bedded Axis Buck

In case you missed the EPIC video we released, our guide Chris Miller and his client Sam performed one of the best stalks to date at the ranch. At bow range, these two stalked up onto a bedded axis buck and executed a perfect shot, check out the footage.

Future Hunters Camp 2021 & Beyond

Our first iteration of the Future Hunters Camp was a huge success. With a full graduating class our attendee's left as fully capable hunters with a harvest under each of their belts. Our sponsors such as Buck Knives, Hornady, Leupold, Pnuma, Savage Arms, FeraDyne & more were all in attendance at the camp. Each sponsor provided valuable information to each attendee, cultivating growth and experience. Folks, we are experiencing the foundation building of future conservationists, hopefully for generations to come.

Looking forward, we have 3 Future Hunters Camp dates already set in stone. Each date bringing a unique approach for the camp. The dates and camp themes are as follows.


Industry Week

When: Feb 21st-26th, 2022
These 10 spots are for industry professionals who want to learn and need the experience

All Inclusive Week

When: July 18th-23rd, 2022
This is for everyone who wants to come - Open to ages 9+
(Minors must be accompanied by adult)

Women's Week

When: July 25th-30th, 2022
Just for the girls to learn in a no pressure setting
